As TSB began its
long-planned IT
upgrade. It warned
customers that
some services,
such as online
banking and
money transfers,
would not be
available until 6pm
on Sunday 22 April.
Sunday 22 –
Switch-on from 6pm, was rapidly followed by customer
tales of accounts showing incorrect balances or
customers seeing other customers’ account details.
