Three basic questions may be asked about the corporate planning process

1. Where are we now?
2. Where are we going? and
3. How do we get there?

Closely related to these questions are:

- what is the diagnosis and

- what is the prognosis?

(Reactive or Proactive)
In order to answer these five basic questions each sector of Diagram ?
(above) will be examined in turn, with the view to providing a systematic
approach to generating the information required make an informed
judgement on the company (case study) and its strategy.
