crucial importance to the organisation’s future through a filtering process which
allows the extraction of only the most critical factors. From this we can derive
some primary benefits accruing to corporate strategy.

2. Aids the identification of key issues
3. Assists in the allocation of key resources
4. Guides and integrates administrative and operating activities.
