Ansoffian Model
To this end the Ansoffian model is used to systematise the process of
case study analysis. It allows the categorisation of case material into
compartments, which can then be subjected to analysis. Furthermore, it
provides the basis for examining the material in different time frames.
In essence it is a ‘plug-in and play’ tool which allows the user to take
the analysis to whatever level they require.
Explanation
This model may be used to examine the construction of a strategy and its potential for
success. As an iterative model it should be used on a continuous basis.
