Having determined the broad strategic solutions, their detailed
application, and the likely outcomes of their implementation, three
remaining aspects need to be specified
a) Timing : over what timescale should your recommended solutions be
applied.
b) Responsibilities : who is to be in charge of each aspect of the
proposed changes in firm's operations. Will existing personnel or
organization structure be adequate to the task.
c) Feedback : what provision is there to ensure that future performance
is not allowed to deviate from newly established aims and standards.
What controls or budgetary systems are necessary.
Finally, in presenting your analysis and solutions proceed point by
point using diagrams and arguments in justification.
