               should know the case backwards and forwards before they
               start their analysis.




               • Characteristics of Case Studies

                 There is no ONE right answer.

                 There is more than one way to look at things – there   are

                 different points of view.

                 Keep an open mind: suspend judgment until all ideas are

                 considered.
                 Be careful of making assumptions and generalizations





               Tips:

               1.      Know the case inside out before you begin your

               analysis.

               2.      Give yourself enough time to write and reflect on your
               analysis.

               3.      Be honest in your evaluations. Don't let personal issues

               and opinions cloud your judgement.

               4.      Be analytical, not descriptive.

               5.      Proofread your work!
