7. Follow up on customer satisfaction
requirements. Everyone should be aware of
the impression they make to customers. Survey
them and ask questions that solicit the
information you need, such as “Would you
recommend me to a business associate?”
Follow up one-on-one with any issues by
having a person in charge of reviewing key
customer data and assigning responsibilities.

8. Mutually beneficial supplier relationships.
In partnerships, a mutually beneficial supplier
relationship is important for the success of
