5. Focus on continuous improvement.
Continuous improvement is the key to a
business’ success. Companies need to
understand that not only is it necessary for the
organization itself to improve, but that
individual improvement is just as important.
Individual improvement will help to promote the
overall, continual improvement of the
organization as a whole.
Steps toward continuous improvement must be
aligned with what the customer wants or needs.
