         The results of the process must be focused on
         satisfying the customer. If it isn’t, you have failed.
         But remember, with the proper corrective action
         and root cause analysis, you can turn any failure
         into  a  positive  result  with  the  correct
         implementation and  execution… through a  new
         process!

      5.  Focus   on    continuous   improvement.
          Continuous  improvement  is  the  key  to  a
          business’  success.   Companies  need  to
          understand that not only is it necessary for the
          organization  itself  to  improve,   but  that
          individual  improvement  is  just  as  important.
          Individual improvement will help to promote the
          overall,   continual   improvement   of   the
          organization as a whole.

          Steps toward continuous improvement must be
          aligned with what the customer wants or needs.
          If  they do not, then those steps are just added
