Chapter 13



                                   Mindfulness



               I  found  mindfulness  exercises  especially  useful
               during  Peri  Traumatic  Stress,  meaning  while  still
               going through the whole court ordeal (which lasted
               over 16 years).


               It was NOT Post traumatic… it was in the present.

               I was living with intrusive thoughts and needed to
               think clearly to respond to the constant motions for

               hearings by the zealous opposing attorney.

               How do we get back to thinking clearly?

               There are several ways, depending on whether you

               tend  to  be  a  visual,  an  auditory  or  a  kinesthetic
               person.

               Visual: your primary way of enjoying the world is

               through what you see. Use this strength and get
               your eyes/mind to focus on what you see.
