               As you walk around, in nature, in a city, in a store,
               even  in your home, focus ONLY on things  which
               have VERTICAL lines.




























               Do this little exercise for about 30 seconds.

               If  you  cannot  concentrate  for   0  seconds…  start

               with 10 or 15 seconds, and then increase the time.
