You will observe that the same
objects or sceneries can have
both vertical and horizontal
lines.
The goal is to train your mind to
do WHAT YOU WANT.
Although these little exercises seem trivial, you will
be amazed at the results they will soon produce.
Exercise A-3
Once you are comfortable with these 2 exercises,
start to alternate: vertical lines for 30 seconds,
horizontal lines for 30 seconds. Keep your mind
focused on the task you decide on.
Do these simple exercises a few times a day, for a
few minutes.
