What is its texture, its taste?


               Focus on this for a few minutes. Jon had people
               focus on a raisin for 30 minutes!




               Kinesthetic-Touch: your primary way of enjoying
               the  world  is  through  what  your  skin.  Use  this
               strength and get your skin to focus on what you are
               feeling     when     you     touch     something,       or

               somebody/something touches you.



                          E.  USE  YOUR  SENSE  OF  TOUCH  TO
                          REGAIN CONTROL

               Exercise  E-1:  Focus  on  your  surroundings.  Touch

               the  door,  the  wall,  your  chair,  the  couch,  the
               carpet. Focus on the sensation at the tip of your

               fingers.  How  about  the  fur  of  your  cat,  dog,  or
               gerbil? Different dog furs?

               Exercise E-2: Go out in nature and investigate. How
               does the grass feel? Diverse kinds of leaves?




               Exercise  E-3:  Get  a  massage,  or  various kinds  of
               massages. Add essential oils, music…


               Do NOT think these exercises are futile or silly.
