               Kinesthetic-Gustatory:  your  primary  way  of

               enjoying the world is through what you taste. Use
               this strength and get your mouth to focus on what
               you taste.

               Exercise D-1: Another fun exercise I did with my
               children  was  to,  once  again,  have  them  blind-
               folded, as I put a piece of food on their tongue.


               Was it sweet? Salty? Spicy? Sour? Bitter?

               What was it?

               Exercise D-2: This is an exercise from Jon Kabat-

               Zinn, well-known for his mindfulness research. Put
               a raisin in your mouth and concentrate on it.
