Arnold and Fenton, MO; additions and renovations to Maryland Heights Fire Protection
District engine house no. 1 and admin headquarters; Tower Tee golf training center and
entertainment facility; master planning for O’Fallon (MO) parks facilities (with Plan Design
Studio); addition and renovations to St. Francois County Road and Bridge Annex;
conceptual design for building rehabilitation, Municipal Building West, Mt. Vernon (IL -
original building design by Jack Goldman!!); renovations and upgrades to St. Peters (MO)
RecPlex North; renovations and upgrades to St. Peters (MO) City Hall and arts wing; CCE 9-
1-1 renovations and upgrades to Dispatch Center.

• Active Projects - Ongoing Studies, Designs and Assessments include programming and
planning for all Fire Department Facilities for City of Hopkinsville, KY; programming and
planning for new PSAP / EOC City of St. Louis, MO; programming and planning for facility
renovations Central County Emergency 9-1-1, Ellisville, MO; programming and planning
for a new, shared facility that will include base station no. 5 for RTAD and a zone station
and apparatus storage building for Jefferson County (MO) Sheriff; programming and
planning for a new base station no. 1 and admin headquarters for Big River Ambulance
District; programming and planning for new outdoor shooting and training facility
Belleville (IL) PD; design and documents for additions and renovations to Department of
Public Safety Des Peres, MO; programming and planning for new public safety campus to
house Columbia (IL) PD, PSAP, EMS and City Hall, and Columbia Fire Protection District in
a disparate structure; programming and planning for an overhaul to Community Park
O’Fallon (IL) including new municipal aquatic facilities and outdoor events venue; master
planning for the O’Fallon public library; space needs assessment study for HHR Golf pro
shop; new Pop Myles Aquatic center ESLPD (IL); design and documentation for new EH3
Strafford FPD (MO); programming and planning for new City Hall, police and fire facilities
Murphysboro (IL); design and documentation for various renovations and upgrades to
three engine houses CFPD; design for new pedestrian entry bridge Whitecliff Park
Crestwood MO; programming and master planning for overhaul to Rend Lake Recreation
Facility (IL), including new aquatic features, marina, pavilions and support buildings, and
central retail hub (with SWT and Sports Advisory); design and documentation for new

• Ongoing Construction includes two new engine houses for North County Fire + Rescue in
Bellefontaine Neighbors and Jennings, MO; two new engine houses for Monarch Fire
Protection in Wildwood and Creve Coeur, MO; new PSAP / OCC and Sheriff’s sub-Station
for St. Clair County, IL; new engine house and admin headquarters for Godfrey Fire
Protection District, Godfrey, IL; City of Crestwood Whitecliff Park phase II; City of
Crestwood City Hall, police and fire window replacement; renovations and upgrades to
Metro West Fire Protection District engine house 3 and admin headquarters; new
outbuilding and training facility for East Side Fire Protection District; renovations and
upgrades to CCFPD engine house no. 1.
