Objective 1 Make FGMA more visible in the Higher Ed community

Objective 2 Increase subject matter expertise to create connections with current and
potential new clients
Objective 3 Find opportunities to connect with current and potential clients in a non-
“salesman” format
Objective 4 Be ready to show our experience when potential clients discuss upcoming
work prior to RFP issuance
Objective 5 Promote our expertise internally to make each region/project team aware of
our capabilities

Objective 1 Be prepared for circumstances and respond to those that could help support
HE in STL
Objective 2 Expand network and project opportunities by working with local partners who
can be sub/prime for projects
Objective 3 Continue to develop relationships with consultants, owners representatives,
and contractors
Objective 4 Strategic partnerships to increase our chance to win larger projects and
increase expertise; Leverage outside expertise to support goals
GOAL 4 Provide/market non-traditional services (programming/planning, consolidation studies, interior
design, wellness and sustainability, FFE, security assessments and consulting, BIM/Revit
Modeling/Laser Scanning, Etc.)
Objective 1 Provide specific services to assist clients, establish long term relationship that
leads to larger projects in the future
