GOAL 1 Convert previous reactive approach into a Pro-active approach
Objective 1 Identify and pursue Community Colleges, Technical Education Colleges, and
other Private Schools with 'winnable' work that have similar programs, similar
building types to current and past work
Objective 2 Identify potential strategic partners to increase our chance to win larger
projects and increase expertise; leverage outside expertise to support goals
Objective 3 Identify portfolio of expertise to better market capabilities
Objective 4 Be more selective in pursuing work, including CDB work
Limit the number of submittal response to increase our success rate and
maximize firmwide revenues
Objective 5 Increase visibility in the industry through thought leadership development and
connections
