We are still speaking about resiliency to our clients and prospective clients in
interviews and daily interactions, and have completed studies for two clients based
                              upon our resilient criteria:

                              1. Mt. Prospect Community Connections, which serves an under privileged area
of Mt. Prospect and contains library, police and social services components,
hired FGM to study ways to improve security at the facility.
                              2. Mt. Prospect Public Library retained FGM to review overall security for the
facility and recommend improvements, including ways to provide shelter-in-
place locations in the case of an active shooter.

                       • Continue increasing each team member’s knowledge of Municipal project types and
ability to deliver well detailed, cost efficient projects to control redesign efforts,
become a resource to our clients and maximize our development into well rounded
                          Architects.

This is an ongoing process which we strive to achieve every day. Our efforts, we
believe, are improving our staff through constant coaching and mentoring.

                       • Continue our emphasis on proactive business development efforts with our top ten
pursuits and increase our ability to win the work by strategically developing a capture
plan and remaining consistent with that strategy throughout the pursuit of the
                          client/project.

We won 3 of the projects on our top ten list (Mt. Prospect Public Safety Study,
Racine Public Safety Study, Shiloh Municipal Center Study) this past year. We
continue revising the list based on evaluating current information gained from our
clients regarding feasibility of the projects.

                       • Improve our ability to manage client expectations and increase business development
effectiveness by developing team member’s soft skills.

While much of this training occurs via interaction of staff watching senior staff
members in action, many additional Municipal team members participated in
recent Counsellor Salesperson business development training sessions held in Oak
Brook in January and to be held in O’Fallon in February.

                       • Strengthen Northern Region / Southern Region team integration and camaraderie.

We continue to look for opportunities to integrate municipal teams across regions
to develop deeper knowledge among our main project types. The St. Peters Golf
Clubhouse, Arlington Heights Olympic Recreation Center Expansion and Roxanna
Combined Facilities Study are recent examples. Others include Edwardsville Public
Safety building, Effingham Police Station, Lincoln Police Station which either were
completed this year or are in construction.
