renovation (including seating, bleachers, concessions and restrooms partially funded by MLB),
Roxanna Tennis Courts, and Mascoutah HS build-out of one floor of shelled space, all in SO IL; and
the House Springs ES renovation in Missouri. A No Region partial list of these would include: Cicero
East ES renovations, Drexel ES renovations, the renovations of a bank building to convert it to
District Administration for J. Sterling Morton THSD 201, facility upgrades in CHSD 155, Fenwick Turf
Soccer Field, River Grove renovations, and Park View School renovations,

Major efforts this past year included: the design and documentation of the new Sherlock
Elementary School in Cicero, a Freshman Academy addition and renovation of the administrative
areas and Knowledge Commons (Library) at Morton West HS, renovations to the main entrance,
administrative areas, and Knowledge Commons at Morton East HS including major mechanical
upgrades, Pierce Terrace Elementary School at Ft. Jackson in South Carolina, Dunklin District-wide
Safety and Security Improvements, Northwest R-1 SD Administrative Office renovations, High Ridge
ES FEMA Tornado/Saferoom, CHSD 155 Summer 2017 Facility Improvements, and many others.

Wayne City PK-12 School
In Fall of 2016, Wayne City occupied their new school. This year the demolition of the old school
building was completed which allowed for the completion of site work for this new school.
Professional photography took place earlier this fall.
