Expand housing options and supportive services to make Urban Pathways’ resources

available and accessible to those who need them most.

Incorporate evidence and theory-based approaches (e.g., motivational interviewing,
trauma informed, recovery-oriented services, harm reduction) as the foundation for all

programs to achieve individual goals and long-term success.

Encourage consumer/tenant-led advocacy, initiatives, and campaigns to create
individual and collective agency, and share power internally and externally.

experiencing homelessness as well as adults at risk for homelessness and

encourage respect
