                                  We  will  continue  to  enhance  and  leverage  our  reputation,  brand,  and

                                  and  disparities  across  many  life  activities,  including  education,  health,
                                  employment,  housing,  justice  and  financial  wellbeing.  As  we  strive  to

                                  promote  their  safety,  permanency,  and  wellbeing,  we  maintain  the  same

                                  commitment to our racially diverse workforce. Speaking up and speaking out
                                  against  bias  and  discrimination,  interrupting  inequitable  practices,  and

                                  changing  the  negative  narrative  and  stigma  associated  with  people

                                  experiencing or having the potential to experience homelessness (or those

                                  working  with  them)  are  some  of  the  ways  we  will  use  our  power  and

                                  influence.
