ACS honors DuPont Water Solutions for FilmTec™, a reverse osmosis technology
that employs a membrane liquid separation process to reject dissolved solutes

on a nanoscale level. This technology has been widely implemented to provide
drinking water for millions of people worldwide and for purification in offshore
oil production and the dairy industry.

         Tina Arrowood
Tina Arrowood is a Principal Research Scientist at DuPont. Her 22-year industrial research
experience started after receiving her Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of
Minnesota. She is committed to developing membrane technology to enable sustainable water
management and to provided circular economy solutions for industrial water users.

         Steven Jons
Steven Jons is a R&D Fellow for DuPont and has been involved in water treatment research for
more than 25 years. With a focus on liquid separations, his current role involves identifying
research opportunities and acting as a technical advisor to several research platforms in
DuPont Water Solutions. Steven received his B.A. degree at St. Olaf College, MN, and his Ph.D.
in Physical Chemistry at the University of Minnesota, MN. He holds 41 patents.

         Steven Rosenberg
Steven Rosenberg received his Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Penn State University in 1985 when
he joined the Dow Chemical Company. For over 33 years, he worked in the fields of high strength
fibers, drug delivery systems, and water purification. While working in China in 2006 to support
the opening of a new R&D center to serve the Chinese market, Steve joined the Dow Water Solutions
         business. Steve retired in 2020.
