               Used in conjunction with the KL-0186-14 K universal injector nozzle puller set with
               accessories, the KL-0186-1610 B  upgrade kit enables  the removal of  very tight-
               fitting/seized injector nozzles to be performed directly on the vehicle without having
               to dismount the cylinder head.
               The special extraction bridge and the pull spindle allow the user to extract the
               injector nozzle quickly and easily. The injector nozzle needs to be opened for this.
               Procedure:
               Unscrew injector top  part, disassemble remains of  injector, screw in  pull  spindle,
               unscrew valve cover screws (4 screws), mount extraction bridge, screw on shoulder
               nut. Extract injector by turning the shoulder nut.

               The pull spindle upgrades the universal injector nozzle puller set KL-0186-14 K (in
               conjunction with the  respective  vehicle-specific upgrade kit  KL-0186-1610 A or
               KL-0186-220) by making it suitable for use also on very tight-fitting/seized injector
               nozzles.
               The advantage of using this tool is that - by screwing the pull spindle into the injector
               nozzle and additionally screwing the corresponding union nut onto the injector - the
               applied pulling force is evenly distributed on both threads. This allows even very tight-
               fitting/stuck injector nozzles to be extracted with ease.
