Injector Nozzle Puller Set, Renault 1.9 dCi

Suitable for 1.9 dCi engines (engine code: F9Q) as found in Renault, Nissan,
Opel/Vauxhall, Suzuki, etc.
An indispensable tool set for the professional removal of very tight-fitting injector
nozzles without the need for dismounting the cylinder head.
The KL-1283-110 K injector nozzle puller allows for the precise extraction of very
tight-fitting injector nozzles. It is not necessary to remove the cylinder head from the
vehicle using this tool.
The extraction bridge is specifically designed for the above mentioned vehicles in
order to ensure safe and accurate support of the tool, even if injectors are very tight-
fitting or seized in place.
Procedure for injector nozzle removal:
Unscrew injector nozzle top part with the special socket included in the set. Screw
pull spindle into injector nozzle, place pre-assembled base tool onto cylinder head
and screw on shoulder nut. Pull out nozzle by evenly turning the shoulder nut.

For the professional removal of very tight-fitting injector nozzles without the need for
dismounting the cylinder head.
The KL-1283-12 K injector nozzle puller set allows for the precise extraction of very
tight-fitting injector nozzles as well as cleaning the injector nozzle mounting bore
and seal seat.
Removal of the cylinder head from the vehicle is not necessary. The special design of
the extraction bridge ensures safe and accurate support, even if the injector nozzles
are extremely tight-fitting or seized in place.
