The special design of this cleaning tool enables the injection nozzle bore, the seal seat
and the injector channel to be cleaned in one single operation.
Important! Before any re-installation/installation of an injector, it is essential to clean
the seal seat in the cylinder head from deposits such as carbon deposits in order to
prevent leakage between cylinder head and injector.

6 Injector Nozzle Puller Set, PSA 2.2 HDI

Applicable to PSA 2.2 [DW12] HDI TwinCam engines such as Citroën, Ford, Fiat,
Jaguar, Lancia, Peugeot etc.
Indispensable for the professional removal of very tight-fitting/stuck injector nozzles
without removal of the cylinder head from the vehicle. The injector nozzle puller
KL-1383-111 K enables the accurate extraction of very tight-fitting injector nozzles
as well as cleaning the injector nozzle bore and injector seal seat. The removal of the
cylinder head is not necessary. The special design of the extraction bridge ensures
safe and accurate support, even if the injector nozzles are extremely tight-fitting or
seized in placed.
Procedure of injector nozzle removal:
Screw pull spindle onto the injector nozzle, place pre-assembled base tool onto
cylinder head and screw on shoulder nut. Extract injector nozzle by evenly rotating
shoulder nut. Impurities can be prevented from entering the combustion chamber by
injecting compressed air into the latter.
