This tool allows the user to quickly and professionally press the shaft seal into the injector
location hole. The guide cone included in the kit ensures that the shaft seal is press-fitted
in a straight line.

Injector Nozzle Puller Set, PSA 2.0 8V HDI
Applicable to Peugeot, Citroën und Fiat 2.0 8V HDI (DW10) Diesel engines; as installed
in Citroën C4, C5, C8 Berlingo, Evasion, Jumper, Jumper II, Jumpy, Xantia, Xsara;
Peugeot 206, 306, 307, 406, 607, 806, Boxer II, Expert, Partner and Fiat Ducato, Scudo,
Ulysse etc. (Engine codes: DW10ATED, DW10TD, DW10UTD, RHS, RHZ, RHY, RHV)
An indispensable tool set for the professional removal of very tight-fitting/seized injector
nozzles without the need for removing the cylinder head from the vehicle. The
KL-1383-141 K injector nozzle puller set allows for the accurate extraction of very tight-
fitting/stuck injector nozzles. The removal of the cylinder head is not necessary. The special pull
spindle with union nut is specifically designed for use on the above mentioned vehicles to
ensure safe and accurate support of the puller tools, even if injectors are very tight-fitting or
seized in place. The use of the special pull spindle with additional union nut will facilitate the
extraction of even the most stubborn injectors. The injector nozzle needs to be opened for this.
Note: Be sure to read and observe the injector nozzle manufacturer’s directions and specifications
before re-installing an injector nozzle that had been opened. If necessary, have the injector nozzle
6 tested and checked by an authorized workshop.

Procedure for Injector Nozzle Removal:

Unscrew injector nozzle head by means of the special socket included in

the set. Screw pull spindle into injector nozzle, and, if using the pull
