This tool set enables the professional removal of very tight-fitting/seized injector
nozzles without the need for removing the cylinder head from the vehicle.
The removal of injector nozzles from this type of engines is particularly difficult due
to the fact that always two injector nozzles are held by one retaining clip. This means,
that when removing one of the injector nozzles, the second one needs to be pulled
out at the same time.
The injector nozzles can quickly and easily be removed using the special extraction
bridge and the two pull spindles.
Procedure for the removal of the injector nozzles:
Unscrew injection nozzle heads with the special socket included in the set. Screw pull
spindles into the injector nozzles, place pre-assembled extraction bridge onto the
valve cover and screw on shoulder nuts. Pull out nozzles by evenly turning the
shoulder nuts. By injecting compressed air into the combustion chamber impurities
are prevented from entering the latter.

Injector Nozzle Puller without Slide

TDI Common Rail engines (first and second generation) e.g. Golf 6, Tiguan,
Touran (engine code CFFB) etc.
This tool enables the professional removal of injection nozzles without having to
open or dismantle them. The slide hammer KL-0369-4100 (1.5kg) or KL-0049-300
(4.8kg) is needed to operate the tool.
An indispensable tool when changing a timing chain or removing the valve cover/
replacing the valve cover seal.
The injector nozzle puller is fixed to the high-pressure fuel supply line bore (M14x1.5)
on the injector with a special screw. Thanks to its particular design, the puller allows
for optimum power transmission without the risk of damaging the valve cover or the
injector nozzle.
The stabilising screws enable the tool to be individually adjusted to the injector
nozzle top part whilst, at the same time, ensuring the greatest possible stability of the
injector nozzle puller.
