Injector Nozzle Puller Set,
PSA 1.4, 1.6, 2.0 8V HDI

Applicable to Peugeot, Citroën and Fiat 1.4 8V (DV4 - Euro 4 and Euro 5), 1.6 8V
(DV6 - Euro 5) and 2.0 8V HDI (DW10) Diesel engines. As installed in Citroën C1,
C2, C3, C4, C5, C8, DS3, DS4, Berlingo, Evasion, Jumper, Jumper II, Jumpy, Xantia,
Xsara; Peugeot 107, 206, 207, 306, 307, 308, 406, 508, 607, 806, 807, 1007, 3008,
5008, Boxer, Boxer II, Expert, Partner and Fiat Ducato, Scudo, Ulysse etc.
An indispensable tool set for the professional removal of very tight-fitting/seized
injector nozzles without the need for removing the cylinder head from the vehicle.
The KL-1383-14 K injector nozzle puller set allows for the accurate extraction of very
tight-fitting injector nozzles as well as for the professional cleaning of the injector
nozzle bore and seal seat. The removal of the cylinder head is not necessary.
The special pull spindle with union nut is specifically designed for use on the above
mentioned vehicles to ensure safe and accurate support of the puller tools, even if
injectors are very tight-fitting or seized in place.
The use of the special pull spindle with additional union nut will facilitate the
extraction of even the most stubborn injectors.
- The injector nozzle needs to be opened for this.
Procedure for Injector Nozzle Removal:
Unscrew injector nozzle top part by means of the special socket included in the set.
Screw pull spindle into injector nozzle, and, if using the pull spindle with union nut,
additionally screw union nut onto the injector nozzle. Place pre-assembled base tool
onto cylinder head and screw on shoulder nut. Extract injector nozzle by evenly
turning shoulder nut. Make sure that no impurities can enter the combustion
chamber by injecting compressed air into the latter.
