               Injector Nozzle Puller Set
               Peugeot / Citroën 2.2 HDi

               Applicable to PSA 2.2 [DW12] HDI TwinCam engines such as Citroën, Ford, Fiat,
               Jaguar, Lancia, Peugeot etc.
               Allows for the  professional removal of  very tight-fitting injector  nozzles  without
               removing the cylinder head from the vehicle.
               The injector nozzle puller KL-1383-112 K enables the accurate extraction of very
               tight-fitting injector nozzles. Removal of the cylinder head is not necessary.
               The special design of the extraction bridge ensures safe and accurate support, even if
               the injector nozzles are extremely tight-fitting/seized in place.
               Procedure of the injector nozzle removal:
               Screw pull spindle onto the injector  nozzle, place pre-assembled base tool onto
               cylinder head and screw on shoulder nut. Extract injector nozzle by evenly rotating
               shoulder nut.

               Applicable to the 2.2 HDI, 2.2 JTD Common Rail Diesel engines DW12 on
               Peugeot, Citroën, Fiat, Lancia.                                       Technical Data:
               In a single machining operation, the specially shaped cleaning tool produces a clean  Drive:  T-handle
               finish on the injector mounting hole, the nozzle seal seat and the small aperture  Length:  275mm
