Nurses need to assist doctors for preparing multiple forms in consultation rooms psychiatry clinic that lead to multiple tasks of nurses during
hectic clinic, lackage of staff and slow down the clinic services.
WHAT WAS CHANGED, IMPROVED OR IMPLEMENTED?
Provide each consultation rooms with the document trolley and forms drawer.
