Limited slot for new cases(sunday morning clinic)
Problem: the new case need to arranged to non new case clinic that disturbed other psychiatric service.
WHAT WAS CHANGED, IMPROVED OR IMPLEMENTED?
Extended slot for new cases by using staggered time system with additional evening slot
Benefits: new cases can be seen on exact dedicated new case clinic day on AM/PM sunday clinic
