37. WELLNESS PROMOTION PROGRAMMES
37.1. Steps taken to reduce the risk of occupa onal exposure to disease
As reported last year, Universal Infec on Control measures are maintained.
37.2. Details of health and wellness promo on (1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022)
• Employee wellness ac vi es in 2021/22 focussed on suppor ng the physical and mental health
wellbeing of employees.
• There were three on-site Primary Health Clinics held during the period under review.
• Online informa on sessions were also conducted. These included webinars on Healthy
Rela onships, Personal Wellness, Financial Wellbeing, Care and Support of the Elderly and Teen
suicide.
• Psycho-social counselling con nued to be provided via online pla orms.
• To ensure provision of wellness support during the ini al stages of the lockdown period, limited
face-to-face counselling sessions were able to resume in the third and fourth quarters of the
financial year.
• Employees were frequently reminded of the contact details of the 24/7 employee wellness call
centre.
