Subprogramme: Office of the Speaker
The purpose of this subprogramme is as follows:
• to render support to the presiding officers in the formula on of the strategic direc on of the
WCPP administra on;
• to render support to the presiding officers in the fulfilment of their func ons in terms of the
relevant statutory provisions and parliamentary rules;
• to render support to the presiding officers in represen ng the WCPP and par cipa ng in
legisla ve ac vi es both locally and interna onally; and
• to render secretarial and office support services to presiding officers.
