1. The children should have greater confidence in reading a passage then answering set questions.

2. They will be more aware of the characters and settings of the stories.

3. They should be postured to select stories which they enjoy and which are wholesome.

Way to Work (Means)

Grammar (CW) and Writing (WW) could be combined into one lesson or sentences could be written on other
themes to reinforce the grammar work. Not all worksheets need to be used as teachers may use other
activities to reinforce learning. Some teachers may wish to make a grammar book out of the worksheets either
at the beginning or end of the term.
