Jeremiah 29:11 ‘”For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans
to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.”’

Ephesians 2:10 ‘For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do
good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.’

1 Timothy 2:20-21 ‘In a large house there are articles not only of gold and silver, also of
wood and clay; some for noble purposes and some for ignoble. If a man cleanses himself from

the latter, he will be instrument for noble purposes, made holy, useful to the Master and
prepared to do any good work.’

William Carey ‘Expect great things from God, attempt great things for God.’

 God’s heart is for us to enter into the calling he has prepared for us and to do
great exploits, by his Holy Spirit, for him.

 God himself is a Pioneer in Creation and Redemption.

 Pioneering begins with hearing God and responding with obedience, courage
                     and boldness

 Pioneers need perseverance in pursuing God’s call.
