GOD’S HEART FOR EUROPE

Truth to Teach

Habakkuk 2:14 ‘For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of God
as the waters cover the sea.’

Acts 17:26 ‘From one man he made every nation of men, that they should

inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them
and the exact places where they should live.’

God has ordained that we should live in the continent of Europe at this time. His heart is for many
more people in the nations of Europe to acknowledge him as the Lord of their lives. In the ‘Great
Commission’ in Matthew 28, we read that we, as Christians, have a call on our lives to share the good
news of the gospel with those around us. It is hoped that through studying this project the children
will begin to have a heart to pray for Europe as well as learning more about the nations within it.

Way to Work

Through class lessons, group work and individual study the children will be introduced to the nations
of Europe. Within the churches there are a number of people who already have links in European
nations so visiting speakers could be invited in to share with the children.
