Introduction
If sports administrators in the Pacific are to provide quality management and
support services to their clubs and federations, it is important that they are aware
of the overall structure of sport in the region. This knowledge will help them to
know how to find information and assistance to develop their club/federation and
themselves as administrators. It will also help them become aware of employment
possibilities for themselves as sports administrators/managers.
