Budget
As previously stated, the centre is currently breaking even or has a slight surplus.
All surplus monies are put back into the operations of the centre.

The centre manager will manage all financial reporting, with the assistance of the
TAFE Finance Department. Monthly financial reports will be provided by the centre
manager, who will use MYOB and Genesys to produce the reports. The budget
will operate on a monthly basis, as well as a yearly budget plan.

The centre manager will also be required to reconcile the budget against that
provided by the TAFE Finance Department.
