결론적으로, 최대한 한국어에 익숙해지는 것이 학교 내신에도 좋고 학교 수업을 들을

때도 좋습니다. 그리고 SAT와 AP를 빨리 시작하는것을 추천 합니다.

Firstly, as in my experience, the most challenging thing was to get used to being

taught and learned in Korean. When I transferred to SKIS in Grade 10 after

attending a local school for around 9 years, I had a very hard time adjusting to

studying and learning most of the subjects in Korean. Even though I am a native

Korean speaker at home and even attended the Korean Saturday school for two
years, I found it difficult to understand and do what I was supposed to do without

my friends’ help. For this reason, I would recommend you to study Korean with the

help of your friends who are good at it. Korean literature as well as Korean history
might be really hard to understand, remember the terms and answer the questions

so it helps when your friends explain it to you with all the easier terms that u

know to understand it better. For Korean Maths, I recommend going to tuition that

teaches you. You would be able to follow up during class without many difficulties.

Secondly, when I got into SKIS, I did not know anything about the SAT, AP, and
Toefl test. As a consequence, I started studying for the SAT pretty late. In my

opinion, studying for the SAT earlier does not give you any harm so I would

personally recommend you to study it as soon as possible. When you start earlier,
there is more time for you to improve and there would also be more chances of

taking the test. There are usually 5 SAT tests a year so you can study for the test

and take the test when you are ready.

Thirdly, as for AP, it is a program that offers college-level courses and exams

that you can take in high school. Since it is a college-level course, it is an obvious
answer that the test will be extremely high leveled for high school students. Thus,

starting AP early for the test is also very important. Moreover, there is only one AP

test a year so there is quite a limited chance to take the test. Currently, our school
