2. REQUEST ROLE SPECIFIC SOFTWARE

Here is a list of standard software that comes on an AVC build:

• Microsoft Office 2016 (including OneNote). • Lastpass
• Webex Meetings and Teams • Internet Explorer and Google Chome
• Sametime • Lotus Notes 10

Here are examples list of non-standard role specific software you need to request if your
new starter requires access to these systems:

• Regent • Polisy
• Alfresco • Raise SRF for Insights and Analytics
• Omnia tool (Financial Institutions only)
• Servis • Salesforce and email profile to mirror
• Estimage to Salesforce Support
• Audanet • Workbench
• Specific drive access • Firewall access
• U drive • Any email access to relevant inboxes
• RTA • Add new starter to email group
• CMS Supervisor Distribution Lists
