The $680m Nation Towers development in Abu Dhabi –
UAE, constructed on Corniche Road West and represented
by International Capital Trading. The complete project is
composed of a development in two blocks. The South block
which has a ground surface area of 38,644 square meters
Resident Engineer – and the North block which has a ground surface area of
(Electrical Services) 14,565 square meters. The electrical Total Connected Load
KEO International (TCL) of the project is around 35 MW. The South Block
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirate includes a high-rise mixed-use development composed of 2
basement parking levels, a four-level podium including
parking mezzanines, drop offs and lobbies for each tower
component, as well as hotel public function areas, meeting
rooms, retail space and the St Regis Hotel Spa and outdoor
pool with terrace, tower 1 and tower 2. Tower 1 has one
component, including 58 levels of residential lofts. Each of
these floors has four 2 storey lofts and 5 single storey loft
units for a total of 14 units every 2 floors. Tower 2 has two
components, including 27 levels of Office space of Core and
Shell Leased Office and 17 levels of Hotel rooms and suites.
Level 52 of Tower 1 and Level 48 of Tower 2 are joined by a
sky-bridge. The total built area of the South Block is
301,360 square meters. The North Block includes a natural
land development composed of 2 restaurants, bar, gym,
pool, pool deck, beach area, changing rooms, function
NATION TOWERS areas, deck, cabanas and children’s crèche area.
July 2008 – June 2010
The $120m Ferrari World Theme Park in Abu Dhabi - UAE,
constructed on Al Yas Island, and represented by ALDAR,
hosts the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix each year during its world
circuit tour. The contract involves the construction of
around 300,000 square meters of usable area, which
includes the East West hotel, a welcome pavilion, four
Deputy Project Director – areas or multi-storey parking C1-C4, a shopping mall, Yas
(MEP Services) Marina hotel and the Ferrari World. The electrical Total
Bond Communications Connected Load (TCL) of the project is around 38 MW. The
Dubai, United Arab Emirates project represents the first phase of the Al Yas Island
Development in a growing neighbourhood around Abu
Dhabi.
