         Now you’re setting an appointment, location, day and time when all parties
         can meet

         When do you con rm appointments?

 6.         Depends on if early in day, Con rm the night before
            Later in day, con rm that morning
 7.      Examples of what this looks like on how to communicate:
         •  Text
         •  Email

         If this does not lead to an appointment, next step is to RECAP the
         conversation again
