White Cheese Dip

Ingredients

1/2 lb white American cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp butter
1 4 oz can chopped green chilies
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic salt
Pinch of cayenne
Lagniappe

Place the cheese, milk and butter in a sauce pan over low heat

Heat till fully melted.

Stir in the chilis, cumin, garlic salt and cayenne.

Add more milk if needed

2 chopped tomatoes
1/2 chopped onion or 2 green onions
1/2 cup chopped Cilantro
1/2 chopped Jalapeno
1 chopped Avocado
V-8 or Clamato juice
Lime Juice, salt & pepper
Shot of Worcestershire
