                 to the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent for proper channeling.

                 be evaluated and be given due course in accordance with existing rules and regulations of the department. (e.g.
                 Revised Rules in Handling Administrative Complaints, Grievance Machinery, Alternative Dispute Resolution)
