Sometimes, there are roadblocks in our communication. Roadblocks can
come from one or more persons. Here are things people do and hit a
roadblock.

• When one person interrupts the other person who is talking:
I just thought of something…Listen to me…

• When one person dominates the conversation by not letting the other
person speak: Blah blah blah blah blah…

• When a person gives an opinion: I think you should do this… Why
don’t you do this?

• When a person asks too many questions: What happened? Why?
What did she say?

• When a person talks with suspicion: You couldn’t have done that, you
have never done it before.

• When a person is insulting: You’re so dumb!

4. Have you given up on a friend because he/she had a habit of
