Swiss engineered Solar Impulse is the first fully solar powered aircraft in the world. This
one-seater aircraft has wings that hold 17,000 solar cells that create and store energy
using the sun’s heat. It is claimed to be the most energy efficient plane
ever built.
Exercise:
Each learner will do this exercise alone.
The ecosystems in and around your community have experienced a great deal of change
over the last 20 or more years. Many of these changes are due to human activities. For
example, houses, roads, schools, offices and shops would have come up in your area where
there were forests or green areas.
