Think About and Discuss:

You play different kinds of games and sports with your friends. Do you get new ideas for
playing them in a different way than how they are actually played?

Do you come up with new rules to make the game/sport more interesting and fun?

Do you give an idea to stop a fight or argument amongst other players?

Talk and share your experience.

Did one or more of your friends think of other ideas when they heard yours?

Exercise and Discuss:

In groups, pick any one object that you see in the
classroom. For example, a sharpener, a chalk, a safety

pin, a sock, etc. Think of the different uses of that
object as you can and write them down. For example,
safety pins can be used to make a bracelet.

In the discussion, all ideas must be considered

and no idea should be labelled as good, bad, clever
or silly.
