“Hello,” said the eldest princess. “We are the swan sisters.
You look like a trustworthy group. Will you please keep an eye

on our feather coats? There is a mischievous spirit in the
forest named Leshy who always tries to steal them so we
cannot change back into swans.”

But just as she was speaking, a large green peacock
?ew out from the trees, snatched up the coats with a laugh,

and headed back into the forest.

“Our feathers!” cried the sisters. “Will
you help us get them back?”

Craig, Claudia, and the Travel Bug
agreed to help and ran into the woods after
the peacock.

Soon, they came upon two bears
dancing under an old oak tree and asked
them where they could ?nd Leshy.

“Oh, you won’t ?nd Leshy,” replied the bears. “He can
turn himself into any creature he wants. You could be

looking right at him and never see him.”

Although the kids felt
discouraged, they kept

searching. The woods
were full of animals
and magical creatures,
but everyone they asked
always said the same thing:
It’s impossible to ?nd Leshy.
