AFTER THE SURVEY
• If it was necessary to use a paper survey, enter the answers into ODESA as soon as
possible after the survey. Carefully enter answers to ensure you are marking the
correct boxes in ODESA. Mistakes are easily made when rushing, so take your time.
Immediately shred the paper survey after you compete the data entry into ODESA.
• Make your QA Coordinator aware of any potential Technical Advocacy requests.
