Feel inadequate This will be a very casual conversation. There are no right or wrong
answers. I’ll help whenever I can. We are interested in the things
you do and how you feel, not how much you know. May I ask you a
few questions, so you can see what the conversation will be like?

Not interested We would really like to learn about your experience, and know how
you feel. This is a great opportunity to use your experience to help
create a better system that serves people with developmental
disabilities.

No one’s business I can certainly understand. That’s why all of our interviews are
confidential. Protecting people’s privacy is one of our major
concerns. Only in situations where you are in danger, your health
or safety is being jeopardized; or rights violated will I need to let
someone know.
