Hello Storm Force and welcome to Rocknation. Congrats to your “Age Of Fear” release this year. Please tell us
      about some of the tracks.
Brian Hamilton: Well, I feel that the tracks on our debut album have a broad spectrum of fast and slow songs as well as hard
and soft songs. There is a bit of everything on the album. I feel it packs a hell of a punch and we hope it appeals to a larger
audience than just fast, hard rock songs.
Patrick Gagliardi: We originally had around 14 tracks ready for the album but narrowed it down to a 10-song album with one
additional bonus track for Japan. Age of fear is a track that really speaks to what’s going on in the world. With COVID and
the political climate of our neighbours to the south, there is always lots of hot topics to touch on. The song “Breathe” touches
on depression and the need for a close support system in battling it. The video for “Breathe” should be released right around
time that this article comes out. There is a collection of high tempo rockers as well as a few ballads.

What was it like working with Darius Szczepaniak a major producer with credits of the Black Crowes,
      Sum 41 & Big Sugar?
Brian Hamilton: Working with Darius was easy. He was so very easy going and truly understood what we were embarking on.
He had some great ideas that brought some of these songs to a whole new level. He knew how to give it that (Quoting Spinal
Tap) that extra push over the cliff and go to 11. Just a super talented guy.

You recorded the music at Hamster Cage Studios but mixed it at Phase One Studios, what was the reason for
      changing studios?
Brian Hamilton: Well Hamster Cage Studios is my studio and yes, we could have mixed here very easily but you can get
married to a room and you no longer hear some things. Sending the tracks to a different facility can shake your ears up and
hear things in a whole new way. Sometimes you get a little too comfortable within the place you recorded it. Just like taking
your mix out to the car to take a listen, it sheds new light to what you thought you might have been hearing. Phase One is a
world class facility and that’s where Darius wanted to mix, it was a perfect choice I might add.
